I saw an ad for this place and thought that I would check it out for myself, not expecting much. I couldn’t believe how much they had on display in the store. I’ve never seen swim spas up close before and couldn’t believe how affordable they were over a new in ground pool build. The sales guy (Marc) took the time to walk me through the place and was able to educate me on how they work. I would definitely recommend asking for Marc when you stop in. I’m not ready for an outdoor kitchen yet but will buy from him when I am. ~ Melissa L

This was our first time in this establishment we dropped in to get an idea for our new home. As we walked in we were welcomed in and asked if we wanted refreshments. The young lady even took us to the area we wanted to look at. I really appreciated the customer service we received. These days it’s rarely seen. You have to go find someone to help you. Outdoor Dream was well worth the drive to Jacksonville from Gainesville! They had a multitude of hot tubs and swim spas available on site. We were greeted and helped immediately by Bob. He was both personable and knowledgeable about Outdoor Dream’s founding mission and self built products with novel features. Bob was beyond accommodating and even gave us a great recommendation for lunch! We were not only able purchase the swim spa we had been futilely seeking in Gainesville but also got an incredible deal on a beautiful blue tile outdoor kitchen. I will be recommending Outdoor Dream company for sure! Michael and his team delivered the swim spa and outdoor kitchenette to our property today after Outdoor Dream graciously stored our order until we could have site prep completed. His team worked efficiently, navigating a tricky wooded easement to place the pool where it needed to be without any damage. Michael was friendly and took interest and care with the planned execution of the project being sure the end result will be functionally sound and as desired. ~ Erica H

Sean, our sales representative did a great job in the sales process. our new hot tub was delivered flawlessly. Outdoor Dream Company provided excellent service and great product! Worked to build beautiful cabinets that were within the budget and limited space we had to work with. Mark and his team were very responsive and cabinets were built quickly (2 weeks). Install team completed their work rapidly and with great care and attention to detail. This young man got us the hot tub we wanted at a very good deal, and I think we are going to extend our pool area to a great grilling area.
